健脾合剂联合温阳止泻散贴敷治疗小儿迁延性腹泻42例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾合剂联合温阳止泻散贴敷治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取84例符合迁延性腹泻西医诊断,中医属脾虚证的患儿。随机分为对照组、治疗组各42例,对照组口服肠道微生态制剂米雅;治疗组口服健脾合剂,联合温阳止泻散贴敷神阙穴。各治疗5 d,观察比较各组疗效及中医证候积分变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.10%,高于对照组的73.81%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的中医证候积分下降较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:健脾合剂联合温阳止泻散贴敷治疗小儿迁延性腹泻临床疗效显著,且对腹痛、面色、食欲、精神等中医证候改善明显,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi mixture combined with Wenyang Zhixie powder on children with persistent diarrhea.Methods 42 cases in control group and 42 cases in treatment group were diagnosed as protracted diarrhea by Western medicineand syndromeof spleen deficiency in Chinese medicine wereselected.The control group was given Miya,the treatment group was given Jianpi Mixture,and appliedwenyangZhixie Powder to Shenque point.each treatment lasted for 5 days,to observe and compare the therapeutic effect andTCM syndrome integralchanges of each group.Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.10%,higherthan that of the control group was 73.81%.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05),The TCM Symptom score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jianpi mixture and Wenyang zhixie powder has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of children s persistent diarrhea,and the improvement of TCM symptoms such as abdominal pain,facial color,appetite and spirit is obvious.This method of traditional Chinese medicine is worthy of clinical popularization.
