摘 要:通过对铝合金阳光房水槽型材的外形结构要求进行分析,介绍了该型材挤压模具的结构布局、模芯尺寸、型孔尺寸及模具工作带等设计要点,并以实际生产工艺论述了超长悬臂阳光房水槽型材的模具加工关键点。采用UG软件建立铝合金阳光房水槽型材挤压模具的3D模型,用高精度的CNC数控设备对该模具进行粗、精加工,有效保证了模芯、进料孔及下模焊合室的精度。线切割以基准面为水平面、工艺孔为中心分中加工,上、下模具同心加工且无误差。实验表明,采用先进的加工工艺、高精度的数控设备对水槽挤压模具进行加工,可以提高精度、减少误差,并且可以实现量产。Through the analysis of the shape and structure requirements of the aluminum alloy sunroom flume profile,the key design points of the profile extrusion die,including the structural layout,die core size,hole size and die working belt,were introduced.Based on the actual production process,the key points of mold processing for the super long cantilever sunroom flume profile were discussed.UG software were used to build the 3D model of the flume profile extrusion die for aluminum alloy sunroom.High precision CNC equipment was used to roughen and finish the die,which effectively ensured the accuracy of the die core,feed hole and lower die welding chamber.Wire cutting used the datum plane as the horizontal plane and the process hole as the center to process,and the upper and lower molds were processed concentrically without error.The experiment results show that using advanced processing technology and high-precision numerical control equipment to process the flume extrusion die can improve the accuracy,reduce the error,and achieve mass production.
