摘　　要：年龄相关性听力损失(age-related hearing loss,ARHL)是世界上最常见的听力损失原因。ARHL的发展是多因素的,包括内在和外在因素。对于ARHL的病因、病理生理学、遗传学研究、助听器及人工耳蜗植入的疗效、新治疗技术均有很多研究并取得了许多进展。本文就这几个方面做一综述,并讨论未来的发展方向。Age-related hearing loss(ARHL)is the most common cause of hearing loss in the world.The development of ARHL ineach individual is multifactorial,involving both intrinsic and extrinsic factors.There have been many researches on the etiology,pathophysiology,genetics,hearing aid and cochlear implantation,and new treatment techniques.This review highlights several findings and discuss future directions.
