摘  要:目前对氨基糖苷类抗生素的致聋机制、药物预防及保护作用的探讨是听力研究领域的一个热点问题。汉方己甲素也是目前广泛临床应用及热点研究的药物。本文综述了近年来氨基糖苷类抗生素所致药物性聋的几种常见损伤机制,以及汉方己甲素在临床应用中已知的可能对氨基糖苷类抗生素引发内耳毛细胞损伤有预防和保护作用的对应机制,包括氧化应激、钙超载、FOXO3a和L型钙通道,探讨汉方己甲素对氨基糖苷类抗生素所致药物性聋的预防和保护作用前景。The mechanism of the aminoglycosides deafness and how to prevent and protect it which is a hot topic in the field of hearing research.Tetrandrine(TET)is one Chinese medicine which is widely used in clinical practice.We reviewed several common injury mechanisms of the aminoglycosides deafeness in recent years,and TET that may has a preventive and protective effect on the aminoglycosides deafeness in clinical application:Oxidative stress,Calcium overload,FOXO3a,L-type calcium channel.Furthermore,it was concluded that the study on the preventive and protective effect of TET on the aminoglycoside deafness would have clinical application prospect.
