金雀异黄酮类药物对阿尔茨海默病患者学习记忆能力及神经保护作用的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨金雀异黄酮类药物对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者的临床疗效。方法选择河南大学淮河学院2019年1月—2019年12月收治的AD患者70例,随机数表法分为两组(n=35)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药基础上给予金雀异黄酮类药物治疗,比较两组学习记忆能力及神经功能。结果观察组治疗后Rivermead行为记忆测验第2版(RB⁃MTⅡ)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金雀异黄酮类药物可改善AD患者的学习记忆能力,并可发挥神经保护作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of genistein on patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods 70 pa⁃tients with AD admitted to the hospital from January to December,2019 were randomly divided into two groups(n=35).The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group were treated with genistein on the basis of con⁃ventional western medicine.Learning and Memory ability and neuroprotection of patients in two groups were compared.Results The scores of Rivermead behavioral memory test version 2(RBMTⅡ)in the observation group were higher than those in the con⁃trol group(P<0.05),and the scores of NIHSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Genistein can improve the learning and memory ability of AD patients,and play a neuroprotective role.
