摘　　要：目的探讨高危人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)E6E7信使核糖核酸(mRNA)表达水平与宫颈病变病理级别的相关性。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月间于郑州大学第五附属医院收治的可疑宫颈病变患者70例,均行HPV E6E7 mRNA定量检测及病理学诊断。结果随病理分级增加,P25、P50、P75、QR的HPV E6E7 mRNA表达量均升高,差异有统计学意义(F=2969.979、4913.015、3086.906、1215.434,P均=0.000);宫颈病变病理级别与HPV E6E7 mRNA表达水平呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.651,P=0.035)。结论HPV E6E7 mRNA表达水平随患者病理级别升高而升高,可作为评估宫颈病变病情严重程度的重要指标,具有较高临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of high risk human papillomavirus(Human Papil⁃lomavirus,HPV)E6E7 messenger ribonucleic acid(Messenger RNA,mRNA)and the pathological grade of cervical lesions.Methods 70 patients with suspected cervical lesions enrolled in the hospital from January,2018 to January,2019 were selected.HPV E6E7 mRNA quantitative detection and pathological diagnosis were performed.Results With the increase of pathological grade,the HPV E6E7 mRNA expression of P25,P50,P75 and QR were all.There was significant difference between the two groups(F=2969.979,4913.015,3086.906,1215.434,P=0.000),and there was a positive correlation between the pathological grade of cervical lesions and the expression of HPV E6E7 mRNA(r=0.651,P=0.035).Conclusion The expression of HPV E6E7 mRNA increases with the increase of pathological grade,which can be used as an important index to evaluate the severity of cervi⁃cal lesions,and has high clinical application value.
