山西省群众体育优势项目可持续发展研究——以国际跳棋为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等,对山西省国际跳棋项目可持续发展进行了研究。结果表明:山西省国际跳棋协会对国际跳棋项目的推广和普及力度不够,对国际跳棋特色学校缺乏细化的监管;基层教练员执教水平参差不齐,针对教练员业务能力的培训较少;国际跳棋选手的升学通道不顺畅;上级主管部门对国际跳棋项目重视程度不足,缺乏专项经费的支持。With the research methods of literature study,expert interview,this paper researches the sustainable development of Shanxi draughts.The results show:Shanxi International Draughts Association doesn't popularize draughts very well and lacks the detailed supervision of International draughts school;grassroots coaches'teaching levels are different and they rarely attend relevant training;the players of draughts have no easy access to advanced education;superior competent department doesn't pay enough attention to draughts and lacks of the support of special funds.
