摘  要:介绍了燃气涡轮发动机轴承环下供油润滑冷却设计中的关键因素,结合某试验件轴承环下供油润滑冷却设计,列出了环下供油设计的一些主要零件的结构形式和设计参数,并对该试验件环下供油方案进行了试验,试验表明:高DN值、高载荷轴承环下供油方案合理可行;随着转速的增加,轴承外圈壁面温度不断升高,振动监测值增大,且转速越高轴承外圈壁面温度的温升速率越大;随着供油量的增加,轴承外圈壁面温度有较明显的降低,振动监测值不断减小并趋于平稳;随着轴承轴向载荷的增大,轴承外圈壁面温度升高,振动监测值增大。The key factors in the lubrication and cooling design of bearings for gas engine were introduced.Combining with the lubrication and cooling design of inner-ring supplying of bearing in a test article,the mechanical features of some main parts and design parameters of inner-ring supplying of bearings in the test article were listed.The inner-ring oil supplying scheme with a test article was tested,and it has been found that the inner-ring oil suppling scheme of bearing with high DN value and high load is reasonable and feasible.With the increase of rotating speed,the temperature of the wall of the bearing outer ring rises,the vibration monitoring value rises,and the higher the rotating speed,the higher the temperature rise rate of the wall of the bearing outer ring.With the increase of the oil supply,the temperature of the wall of the bearing outer ring decreases significantly,and the vibration monitoring value continues to decrease and tends to be stable.With the increase of the axial load of the bearing,the temperature of the wall of the bearing outer ring rises,and the vibration monitoring value increases.
