摘  要:测控系统的时频系统采用的B码接口终端通用规范由GJB2991-1997版升级为GJB2991A-2008版,时频终端做相应的闰秒适应性改造。本文主要介绍了基于FPGA对B码码元解码方法,详细说明B码终端跟随闰秒而适应性调整的设计思路和解决方法;经现场调试试验,证明B码终端能够跟随时频系统进行正,负闰秒调整,且时间信息准确无误。The general specification of B Code Interface terminal used in the time-frequency measurement and control system is upgraded from GJB2991-1997 to GJB2991A-2008,and the corresponding leap second adaptation is made to the time-frequency terminal.This paper mainly introduces the decoding method of B Code based on FPGA The design idea and solution of adaptive adjustment of B Code Terminal following leap second are explained in detail,and it is proved that the B Code Terminal can adjust positive and negative leap second according to the time-frequency system,and the time information is correct.
