摘　　要：珍贵动物及其制品因其特殊性,在定罪量刑、属性认定、价值鉴定等方面存在诸多争议。应当准确把握、能动理解立法原意,完善鉴定的程序、方法,严厉打击该类犯罪。Due to their particularities, rare animal and its products have many controversies in terms of conviction and sentencing, attribute determination, and value appraisal. Accurately grasping and actively understanding the original intent of the legislation, as well as perfecting the procedures and methods of appraisal,Strictly control and crack down on such crimes.
