摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎暴发流行以来,全国各省份相继启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应,成立新型冠状病毒肺炎定点救治医院,而综合医院因患者疾病种类多、数量大,无形中增加了医护人员的感染风险。为规范新型冠状病毒肺炎期间医护人员的安全防护管理,根据新型冠状病毒肺炎传播特点,从医务人员感染机制入手,充分发挥医院管理部门职能和医务人员主观能动性,以安全防护为最高准则,从安全防护管理制度、安全防护管理措施、人力资源管理3个方面制定综合医院医护人员安全防护管理新方案,旨在为综合医院疫情期间安全防护管理方案的制定提供借鉴。Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,the provinces across the country have entered the first-level response to major public health emergencies and set up novel coronavirus pneumonia designated treatment hospitals.However,due to the vast variety and number of patients in general hospitals,this move has increased the risk of infection of health care workers.In order to standardize the safety management of health care workers during the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,we aim to develop a new safety management program for medical personnel in general hospitals from the three aspects of safety management protocol,safety management measures and human resource management according to the characteristics of the transmission of novel coronavirus pneumonia characteristics,which focuses on the infection mechanism of medical personnel,maximizes the functions of hospital management departments and the subjective initiative of medical personnel,and takes safety protection as the highest guideline,so as to provide reference for the development of a safety protection management program for general hospitals during epidemics.
