摘　　要：热散式质量流量计是三门核电厂中的重要流量测量仪表,本文介绍了热散式质量流量计的测量方法,针对调试期间该类仪表由于流量测量不准导致风机低速启动跳机故障进行故障定位,对比分析,排查验证确认问题根源,并提出了合理的解决方案和建议。Thermal dispersion mass flowmeter Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant is an important flow measurement instrument,this article describes the method of measuring the thermal dispersion mass flow transmitters,analysis the reason that the measurement failure lead to the fan trip when start the fan in low speed mode,provide solutions,contrastive analysis for solution,and make reasonable suggestion.
