摘　　要：剖析了东风HUAT方程式赛车队运营模式现状和困境,即车队资金短缺且来源单一、校企双方技术交流不够深入、投入产出比失衡;提出了车队创新发展的思路,包括设立以车队为核心的项目公司、拓展业务范围、打造专业化运营团队、开发娱乐方程式赛车场等。The current status and dilemmas of Dongfeng HUAT formula racing team operating mode were analyzed,which include that the team is short of funds and has a single source,the technical ex⁃changes between schools and enterprises are not deep enough,and input-output ratio is unbalanced.The idea of team innovation and development was proposed,including setting up project company with team as the core,expanding business scope,building professional operation team,developing entertain⁃ment equation racing field.
