父胎依恋量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的对英文版父胎依恋量表进行汉化并检验其信效度。方法对英文版父胎依恋量表进行汉化及跨文化调适,形成中文版父胎依恋量表,抽取连云港市某三级甲等妇幼保健院健康教育学校听课的(准)父亲233名,使用中文版父胎依恋量表对其进行调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果中文版父胎依恋量表内容效度指数为0.97;共提取两个公因子,另外条目6单独列出,累计方差贡献率为72.375%,所有条目均保留;重测信度为0.821,量表总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.889。结论中文版父胎依恋量表信度及效度均较满意,可用作中国父胎依恋程度的测量工具。Objective To translate the Paternal Antenatal Attachment Scale(PAAS)into Chinese version,and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods Firstly,established the Chinese version of PAAS by translating,re-translating and cross-cultural adjusting,and then tested the reliability and validity of the scale among 233 enrolled fathers(to-be)attending antenatal education in a 3A-level Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Lianyungang.Results The Chinese version of PAAS with good content validity index(CVI)of 0.97.And extracted two common factors and item 6 separately by factor analysis,the cumulative variance contribution rate was 72.375%,and all items were retained.With the Retest reliability of 0.821,and Cronbach'sαcoefficient of 0.889.Conclusion The Chinese version of the PAAS demonstrate shows a satisfactory validity and reliability.It is a valuable tool for evaluating the degree of fathers(to-be)bonding with the fetus in China's Mainland.
