摘　　要：目的探讨ICU护士对谵妄的知信行情况,分析影响ICU护士谵妄评估障碍的原因。方法抽取225名青岛市三级甲等医院ICU护士,使用ICU护士谵妄知信行调查问卷进行横断面调查。结果ICU护士对于谵妄的危害、定义、表现、认知相对较好;不同ICU工作年限、学历、职称、用工性质的ICU护士谵妄知识得分不同,不同ICU工作年限、学历的ICU护士谵妄态度的得分不同,不同ICU工作年限、学历的ICU护士的谵妄行为得分不同,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU护士谵妄评估的准确率和依从性不高,但对谵妄相关知识的学习态度和信念积极,临床ICU护士谵妄评估行为亟待提高。Objective To explore the knowledge,attitude and practice of ICU nurses on delirium,and analyze the reasons that affect delirium evaluation disorder of ICU nurses.Methods A total of 225 ICU nurses were selected from 3A-level hospitals in Qingdao,and a cross-sectional survey was conducted by using the questionnaire of delirium,knowledge and behavior of ICU nurses.Results ICU nurses had a relatively good understanding of the hazards,definitions,and manifestations of delirium.The knowledge scores of ICU nurses with different working years,educational background,professional titles and contractual nature differed significantly.The attitude scores of ICU nurses of different working years and education background also differed significantly.The behavior scores of ICU nurses with different working years and educational levels were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy rate and compliance of delirium assessment for ICU nurses are not high,but the positive learning attitude and belief of delirium related knowledge with the delirium assessment behavior of clinical ICU nurses need to be improved urgently.
