临床管道固定护理质量评价指标体系的构建研究

摘　　要：目的构建临床管道固定护理质量评价指标体系,为规范化的管道护理质量评价提供参考依据。方法运用Delphi法,对22名专家进行3轮咨询,确立临床管道固定护理质量评价指标体系。结果专家咨询的判断系数为0.927,熟悉系数为0.945,权威系数为0.936,一、二级指标的协调系数分别为0.488、0.208(P<0.01),确立了包括6个一级指标、32个二级指标的临床管道固定护理质量评价指标体系。结论研究构建的临床管道固定护理质量评价指标体系,可作为临床管道护理质量客观评价和持续改进的量化依据。Objective To establish an evaluation index system on the nursing quality of clinical pipeline fixation to provide reference for standardized pipeline nursing quality evaluation.Methods A total of 22 experts were consulted three times by Delphi method,and the evaluation index system on the nursing quality of clinical pipeline fixation was established based on the results.Results The judgment coefficient of expert consultation was 0.927.The familiarity coefficient and authority coefficient were 0.945 and 0.936,respectively.The coordination coefficients of the first-level and second-level indicators were 0.488 and 0.208 respectively(P<0.01).The evaluation index system on the nursing quality of clinical pipeline fixation was established,which included six first-level indicators and 32 second-level indicators.Conclusion An evaluation index system on the nursing quality of clinical pipeline fixation is established,which can be used as a quantitative basis for objective evaluation and continuous improvement of nursing quality of clinical pipeline.
