摘　　要：2019年9月20日,全球首个非注射型胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂(GLP-1 RA)索马鲁肽片(商品名:Rybelsus)由美国FDA批准上市,索马鲁肽片剂是全球首个非注射型胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂,用于结合饮食控制和运动,以改善2型糖尿病成人患者的血糖控制。索马鲁肽片的上市弥补了GLP-1RA类药物需要注射给药的不足,为患者提供了便利,同时也为多肽类药物口服制剂的开发提供思路和方向。本文对索马鲁肽片的药理作用、药动学和临床研究等进行介绍。Semaglutide is the world’s first non-injectable glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist (GLP-1 RA) as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.The market of semaglutide tablets has made up for the shortcomings of injection formulations of GLP-1 RA drugs,bringing convenience to patients and providing ideas and directions for the development of oral formulations of peptide drugs.This article focuses on the pharmacological actions,pharmacokinetics and clinical studies of semaglutide tablets.
