PDCA循环法降低门诊患者退药率的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环法在门诊患者中退药率发生的作用.方法通过对中山市中医院2019年1月~2019年6月门诊患者退药率的现状及原因进行分析,采用PDCA循环法对门诊患者退药进行干预,比较PDCA循环实施前与实施后退药次数及病人的满意度.结果①通过PDCA循环法分析门诊患者退药主要的原因为:改代煎服务(57.44%)、处方错误需要修改(25.83%)、其他原因连同中药一起退药(10.28%)、药房缺药(4.22%)、其他(2.22%).②2019年1月~2019年6月门诊患者在实施PDCA前、实施时、实施后退药发生率分别为1.79%、0.85%、0.29%.结论PDCA循环法能降低门诊患者退药率,因此值得推荐.0bjective To investigate the role of pdca cirrulation in the outpatients in outpatients.Methods Through the analysis of the current status and causes of outpatients in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of zhongshan from January 2019 to June 2019,pdca cycle was adopted.The method intervened in outpatients'drug withdrawal,compared the number of withdrawals and patient satisfaction before and after the implementation of pdca cycle.Results①Analysis of the main reasons for drug withdrawal in outpatients by pdcacycle method:modified decoction service(57.44%),prescription errors need to be revised(25.83%),other reasons together with Chinese medicine with drawal(10.28%),pharmacy lack of medicine(4.22%),other(2.22%).②From January 2002 to June 2019,the incidence rates of outpatients before,during,and after implementation of pdca were 1.79%,0.85%,and 0.29%,respectively.Conclusion The pdca cycle method can reduce the drug withdrawal rate in outpatients.Recommended.
