摘 要:本文基于资源基础观理论、关系视角理论和电子商务能力理论,构建从电子商务能力到信息整合再到组织敏捷性的概念模型,通过实证研究电子商务能力对农业龙头企业组织敏捷性的影响。研究表明:(1)企业要充分发挥电子商务系统的作用,不仅仅需要建设强大的系统基础能力,更要在制定支持业务的电子商务战略规划、建立企业间流畅的信息交换体系等方面有充足的投入,否则昂贵的电子商务技术设备无法发挥应有的功效。(2)电子商务能力是组织敏捷性形成的最重要因素,而信息整合在其中起到了重要的中介作用,说明销售、库存、和生产计划信息的共享等为组织敏捷性提供了保障,企业应重视组织内外部的协作以获取有效的信息资源。Based on the resource-based view theory,relationship perspective theory and e-commerce capability theory,construct a conceptual model from e-commerce capability to information integration to organizational agility,and empirically study the impact of e-commerce capability on the organization agility of leading agricultural enterprises.The results showed that(1)a multi-dimensional concept of e-commerce capabilities,enterprises need to fully play the role of e-commerce systems,not only need to build a strong system basic capabilities,but also in the development of e-commerce strategic planning to support the business,establish a smooth information exchange system between enterprises.There must be sufficient investment in the information exchange system,etc.,otherwise expensive e-commerce technology equipment cannot play its due role.(2)e-commerce capability is the most important factor in the formation of organizational agility,but information integration plays an important intermediary role,indicating that the sharing of sales,inventory,and production planning information provides a guarantee for organizational agility.Enterprises should pay attention to internal and external collaboration to obtain effective information resources.
