摘  要:针对一种齿啮式快开压力容器的结构强度进行有限元分析,讨论了非整体建模和整体建模对结构强度的影响;整体建模考虑了齿啮合面间不同接触类型对结构强度的影响。试验表明考虑摩擦的接触形式是最符合快开门容器的真实受力状态。Finite element analysis was carried out for the structure of tooth-locked quick-actuating in pressure vessel.The effects of integral model and non-integral model to the analytical strength results were discussed.With integral model,different contact types in joggling surfaces were taken into account.It was shown that the contact type with fiction is the most suitable one in reflection of real loading condition of the quick-actuating vessel.
