摘  要:目的:运用数据挖掘技术探讨中药治疗卒中后认知障碍用药规律,为临床治疗卒中后认知障碍提供参考。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WF)及中国科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)中自建库至2020年4月有关于中药治疗卒中后认知障碍有效的临床观察文献,提取相关处方药物,然后利用Microsoft Excel建立药物数据库,最后通过SPSS 21.0、SPSS Clementine 12.0等数据挖掘软件进行频数统计分析、关联规则及聚类分析。结果:最终纳入符合条件文献47篇,符合要求方剂47首,共计99味中药,总用药频次为475次,其中使用频数前三的药物分别为石菖蒲、川芎、地龙;使用最多的药物种类为补虚药、活血化瘀药、平肝熄风药;高频药物主要归肝经,四气为温、平,五味为甘、辛、苦;聚类树状图显示聚5类时效果较好,关联规则得出石菖蒲-川芎、石菖蒲-远志-川芎、红花-丹参-川芎-石菖蒲等高关联药对共22对。结论:现代医家认为卒中后认知障碍的病机为本虚标实,主要为正气内虚、痰、瘀等实邪阻滞。治疗重在温补、平补、辛散其实邪,在于肝、脾两经,重视疏肝运脾,具体治疗主要为温阳补气、开窍醒神、化痰通络、活血化瘀为主。利用数据挖掘技术为中药的合理使用提供理论依据,从而能够更好指导临床用药。Objective:Data mining technology was used to explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke,so as to provide the reference for the clinical treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods:The databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched by computer for clinical observation literature about TCM treating post stroke cognitive impairment,from the establishment of the database until April 2020.The relevant prescription drugs were screened to establish a drug database in Microsoft Excel.Then SPSS 21.0,SPSS Clementine 12.0 and other data mining software were used for the frequency statistical analysis,the association rules and the cluster analysis.Results:47 eligible articles were finally included,including 47 eligible prescriptions,a total of 99 traditional Chinese medicines.The total medication frequency was 475 times,of which the top three drugs with use frequency were Acori tatarinowi rhizome,Chuanxiong rhizoma and Pheretima,respectively.The most frequently used types of drugs were Buxu drugs,Huoxuehuayu drugs and Pingganxifeng drugs.The main channel tropism of high frequency drugs was liver meridian,the main characteristics were Wen and Ping,and the main flavors were Gan,Xin and KU.Clustering dendrogram showed that the effect was better when 5 categories were clustered.The association rules showed that there were 22 pairs of highly related herbs such as Acori tatarinowi rhizome-Chuanxiong rhizoma,Acori tatarinowi rhizome-Polygalae radix-Chuanxiong rhizome,Carthami flos-Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizome,Chuanxiong rhizome-Acori tatarinowi rhizome.Conclusion:Modern medical experts believe that the pathogenesis of post-stroke cognitive impairment is based on Benxubiaoshi theory,which mainly includes Zhengqineixu,Shixiezuzhi,Tan and Yu.Wenbu,Pingbu and Xinsanshixie are the most important treatment.It focuses on Liver and Spleen tropisms,the main therapies are Wenyangbuqi,Kaiqiaoxingshen,Huatantonghuo and Huoxuehuayu.The use of data mining technolog
