静脉血液标本采集部位及送检时间对生化检验结果影响

摘　　要：目的采血样本检验结果常受到血标本采集和送检状况等多因素的影响,导致检测结果不准确。本研究对凌源市中心医院门诊静脉采血患者血标本采集、送检状况及其影响因素进行分析。方法收集凌源市中心医院门诊2016-08-10-2019-08-15收治的2000例静脉采血患者的临床资料,所有患者均进行血液标本采集及送检。选取其中1000例患者分为抽取输液同侧血液标本(同侧组500例)和抽取输液异侧血液标本(对侧组500例);再选取另外1000例患者分为相同部位血液标本在规范时间内送检(规范组500例)和在规范送检时间后的1h内送检(延迟组500例)。对4组患者检验结果及影响因素进行分析。结果对侧组氯浓度为(95.47±8.32)mmol/L,高于同侧组的(59.26±3.51)mmol/L,t=24.060,P<0.001;钾浓度为(3.93±0.35)mmol/L,高于同侧组的(2.58±0.22)mmol/L,t=19.594,P<0.001;肌酐浓度为(133.48±9.70)mmol/L,高于同侧组的(109.42±6.74)mmol/L,t=12.222,P<0.001;谷丙转氨酶浓度为(67.52±3.54)IU/L,高于同侧组的(62.31±2.78)IU/L,t=6.945,P<0.001;谷草转氨酶浓度为(25.46±1.13)IU/L,高于同侧组的(20.38±1.05)IU/L,t=19.760,P<0.001;肌酸激酶浓度为(20.02±1.05)IU/L,低于同侧组的(25.27±1.21)IU/L,t=19.662,P<0.001。延迟组的氯浓度为(58.36±3.48)mmol/L,低于规范组的(95.55±8.55)mmol/L,t=24.173,P<0.001;钾浓度为(2.54±0.25)mmol/L,低于规范组的(3.94±0.36)mmol/L,t=19.165,P<0.001;肌酐浓度为(108.51±6.81)mmol/L,低于规范组的(134.53±9.68)mmol/L,t=13.191,P<0.001;谷丙转氨酶浓度为(62.02±2.74)IU/L,低于规范组的(67.49±3.51)IU/L,t=7.371,P<0.001;谷草转氨酶浓度为(20.42±1.03)IU/L,低于规范组的(25.49±1.12)IU/L,t=19.992,P<0.001;肌酸激酶浓度为(25.39±1.22)IU/L,高于规范组的(20.07±2.55)IU/L,t=11.292,P<0.001。单因素分析结果显示,采血部位(χ2=31.550,P<0.001)、送检时间(χ2=20.540,P<0.001)、采血时间(χ2=21.810,P<0.001)和样本保存温度(χ2=18.270,P<0.001)对采血�OBJECTIVE Blood sample test results are often affected by many factors,such as blood sample collection and submission,which lead to inaccurate test results.This study analyzed the status and influencing factors of blood sample collection and submission of venous blood collection patients in Lingyuan Central Hospital.METHODS The clinical data of 2000 venous blood collection patients admitted to Lingyuan Central Hospital from August 10,2016 to August 15,2019 were selected as the research objects.Blood samples were collected and sent for examination.One thousand patients were divided into two groups:ipsilateral group,500 cases and contralateral group,500 cases;another 1000 patients were divided into two groups:standard group,500 cases and delayed group,500 cases.The test results of 4 groups of patients and the factors affecting the test results were analyzed.RESULTS The chlorine concentration of contralateral group was(95.47±8.32)mmol/L,which was higher than that of ipsilateral group(59.26±3.51)mmol/L,t=24.060,P<0.001.The potassium concentration of contralateral group was(3.93±0.35)mmol/L,which was higher than that of ipsilateral group(2.58±0.22)mmol/L,t=19.594,P<0.001.The creatinine concentration in contralateral group was(133.48±9.70)mmol/L,which was higher than that in ipsilateral group(109.42±6.74)mmol/L,t=12.222,P<0.001.The alanine aminotransferase concentration of contralateral group was(67.52±3.54)IU/L,which was higher than that of ipsilateral group(62.31±2.78)IU/L,t=6.945,P<0.001.The glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase concentration in contralateral group was(25.46±1.13)IU/L,which was higher than that in ipsilateral group(20.38±1.05)IU/L,t=19.760,P<0.001.Creatine kinase concentration in contralateral group was(20.02±1.05)IU/L,which was lower than that in ipsilateral group(25.27±1.21)IU/L,t=19.662,P<0.001.The chlorine concentration of delayed group was(58.36±3.48)mmol/L,which was lower than that of standard group(95.55±8.55)mmol/L,t=24.173,P<0.001.The potassium concentration in the delayed group w
