摘　　要：北美的纽约公共图书馆、波士顿公共图书馆、华盛顿国会图书馆都是历史悠久的图书馆。百年来,它们坚实地矗立在北美的土地上,以自身的独特魅力吸引了众多游客和学者。除了精妙绝伦的建筑设计,最令人难忘的是这些图书馆的人性化细节管理。通过对这三座北美图书馆进行访问考察,本文分别探究了这些图书馆的人性化管理的细节,希望能为国内图书馆的建设和发展提供参考。The New York Public Library,Boston Public Library,and Washington Library of Congress in North America are all historic libraries.For centuries,they have stood firmly on the land of North America,attracting many tourists and scholars with their unique charms.In addition to their exquisite architectural design,the most memorable thing is the humanized management of these libraries.By visiting these three North American libraries,this article explores the practices of humanized management of these libraries,hoping to provide reference for the construction and development of domestic libraries.
