摘  要:随着大数据、VR、移动应用、5G技术、人工智能、工业互联网、物联网等新一轮信息技术和"新型基础设施建设"的发展,全球化新一代的工业革命开始提上日程,工业转型开始进入实质阶段。生产设备的智能化是实现智能工厂的基础,目前智能仪表虽然已经通过各种现场总线协议实现了基础的智能化,具备了一定的自我诊断和感知能力。但是由于诊断实时性、准确性以及感知数据完整性等一系列问题,使得仪表自诊断和状态感知达不到预期的效果,Heartbeat技术则有效的解决了目前存在的问题,使得仪表的智能化水平更进一步。With the development of big data,VR,mobile applications,5G technology,artificial intelligence,industrial Internet,Internet of Things and other new rounds of information technology and"new infrastructure construction",a new generation of global industrial revolution has begun to be on the agenda.The transformation began to enter a substantial stage.The intelligence of production equipment is the basis for the realization of a smart factory.At present,although smart meters have achieved basic intelligence through various fieldbus protocols,they have certain self-diagnosis and perception capabilities.However,due to a series of problems such as real-time diagnosis,accuracy,and perceived data integrity,the self-diagnosis and status awareness of the instrument cannot achieve the expected results.Heartbeat technology effectively solves the existing problems and makes the instrument intelligent.Go further.
