摘　　要：对胰腺癌患者自我报告结局评估工具进行综述,并分别对胰腺癌患者普适性、特异性自我报告结局评估量表的特性、应用领域等展开阐述,分析现有自我报告结局评估工具存在的问题并提出建议,为胰腺癌患者自我报告结局评估工具的本土化发展以及临床护士选择合适的评估工具,并开展相关研究提供参考.This paper reviewed the patient-reported outcomes and assessment tools for patients with pancreatic cancer and summarized the characteristics and application of generic and specific patient-reported outcome measures.We also proposed and analyzed the existing problems and put forward related suggestions for patient-reported outcome measures,so as to provide references for the localized development of patient-reported outcome measures in patients with pancreatic cancer and for clinical nurses to select appropriate assessment tools and carry out related research.
