摘　　要：小儿脾常不足,易因饮食不节而影响脾胃正常运化功能,致积滞不化。原睿主任医师认为脾胃积滞可互为因果,既可能是其他疾病所致,也可能为诱发他病的病因。在临床实践中,原老师擅长运用运脾消导法治疗儿科发热、泄泻、口疮、夜啼、咳嗽等因脾胃积滞引起的疾病,均取得了显著疗效。附案例5则,以资验证。Children are frequent insufficiency of spleen,and it is prone to affect the normal transportation and transformation function of spleen and stomach due to improper diet,resulting in failure of resolving dyspepsia.Archiater YUAN Rui holds that spleen and stomach dyspepsia interact as both cause and effect,which may be caused by other diseases or may be the cause of other diseases.In clinical practice,Mr.YUAN excels at using activating spleen and promoting digestion method to treat pediatric fever,diarrhea,aphtha,nocturnal crying,cough and other diseases caused by spleen and stomach dyspepsia,and has achieved remarkable curative effects.Five cases are attached for verification.
