温胆汤合玉屏风散治疗小儿汗证虚实夹杂型58例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察温胆汤合玉屏风散治疗小儿汗证虚实夹杂型的临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月至2019年10月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院儿科门诊收治的汗证虚实夹杂型患儿112例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组58例和对照组54例,对照组予碳酸钙D3颗粒治疗,治疗组给予温胆汤合玉屏风散加减口服治疗,2组均连续治疗2周后统计临床疗效、治疗前后汗出评分。结果治疗组总有效率为91.38%(53/58),显著高于对照组的64.81%(35/54),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组汗出评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组汗出评分均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论温胆汤合玉屏风散加减对小儿汗证虚实夹杂型疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wendan Tang(温胆汤) combined with Yupingfeng San(玉屏风散) in the treatment of hidrosis syndrome in children with deficiency mingling with excess type.Methods From December 2018 to October 2019,112 cases of hidrosis syndrome in children with deficiency mingling with excess type admitted into pediatrics department of The Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine were divided into treatment group with 58 cases and control group with 54 cases according to random number table method.The control group was given calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 granules,while the treatment group was given Wendan Tang combined with oral administration of modified Yupingfeng San.We kept statistics about the clinical efficacy and sweating scores before and after treatment after the 2 groups were both consecutively treated for 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.38%(53/58),which was significantly higher than 64.81%(35/54) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05). Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in sweating scores between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable. After treatment,the sweating scores of the 2 groups significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion It has definite efficacy to use Wendan Tang combined with Yupingfeng San in the treatment of hidrosis syndrome in children with deficiency mingling with excess type,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
