五苓散治疗儿科杂病举隅

摘　　要：介绍了运用五苓散治疗小儿过敏性紫癜、肾积水术后久咳、慢性荨麻疹的案例,3则案例症状表现虽不同,然其病因均与水湿代谢异常有关,故予五苓散随症加减。临床表现除水逆证外,凡见水饮停留者皆可用五苓散化裁,旨在补肺调脾,温阳利水,调整小儿脏腑气机运行及帮助气化,以恢复机体正常水液代谢功能。This paper introduces the cases of allergic purpura,chronic cough after hydronephrosis operation and chronic urticaria in children treated with Wuling San(五苓散).True that the symptoms of the three cases are different,but their etiology is related to abnormal metabolism of water-dampness,thereby giving modified Wuling San according to the symptoms.In addition to the syndrome of watery vomiting in clinic manifestation,modification of Wuling San can be used to treat the patients with varied water retention,aiming at invigorating the lung and harmonizing the spleen as well as warming yang to excrete water,adjusting the moving of viscera and qi activity in children and helping the transformation of qi,so as to recover the normal fluid metabolism of the body.
