摘　　要：从穴位贴敷疗法、推拿疗法、针刺疗法、中药保留灌肠疗法、中药雾化吸入、刮痧疗法和局部用药等方面介绍了近年来中医外治法治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的基本概况。现有的研究证实了中医外治法简、便、廉的特点和显著的疗效优势,但也存在评价指标客观性不足、临床病例数太少以及辨证分型太单一等方面的不足,同时中医外治法的治疗机制方面也有待于进一步深入研究和探讨。This paper introduces the basic situation of TCM external treatment of children with herpangina in recent years from the following aspects:acupoint application therapy, tuina therapy, acupuncture therapy,retention enema therapy of Chinese materia medica,atomization inhalation of Chinese materia medica, scraping therapy and local medication,etc.The existing studies have confirmed the characteristics of TCM external treatment with simplicity,convenience and cheapness and significant advantages of curative effect.However,there are still some shortcomings,namely the lack of objectivity of evaluation indicators, too few clinical cases,and too single syndrome differentiation etc.,the mechanism of TCM external treatment also needs to be further studied and discussed.
