摘　　要：区域医学检验中心信息化平台构建是区域医学检验中心建设的重要内容,是区域医学检验中心高效运营的基础和保障。区域实验室信息系统广泛应用于分析前、分析中和分析后环节,其建设有助于增强医学检验服务的可及性、实现区域检验资源高效配置、缓解老百姓重复检验和提升区域内检验水平。在确保信息安全管理前提下,区域医学检验中心信息化平台的建设要求和流程设计应遵循互联互通和共享互认原则。The construction of regional laboratory information platform is an important part of the construction of regional medical laboratory center,which is the basis and guarantee for the efficient operation of regional medical laboratory center.Regional laboratory information system is widely used in the pre-analysis,analysis and post-analysis processes.Its construction helps to enhance the accessibility of medical inspection services,realize the efficient allocation of regional testing resources,alleviate the repeated testing and improve the regional testing level.Under the premise of ensuring information security management,the construction requirements and process design of the regional laboratory information platform should follow the principles of interconnection and mutual recognition.
