摘　　要：在心肌肌钙蛋白的推广和普及过程中,建立参考区间至关重要。然而通过何种恰当的筛选标准选择合适参考人群,还没有得到充分解决,忽视此问题将会导致错误的医疗决策。参考上限取值随检测技术提高而变更。探讨参考人群选择问题在国际尚未达成一致。筛选标准的替代生物标志物与心血管疾病及高敏感心肌肌钙蛋白的关系。建立心肌肌钙蛋白参考区间还需考量的因素及研究方案。针对高敏感心肌肌钙蛋白的种族特异性问题,应建立并应用性别和/或年龄特异性参考区间。In the process of the popularization of cardiac troponin,it is important to establish reference intervals.However,the selection of the appropriate reference population by proper screening criteria has not been fully resolved.Ignoring this problem will lead to wrong medical decisions.This paper will review the history of the change of the upper limit of the reference value with detection technology improvement,discuss the views on the selection of reference population,analyze the relationship between surrogate biomarkers in the selection criteria and cardiovascular disease and high-sensitive cardiac troponin,propose the factors and research scheme that need to be considered in establishing the reference interval of cardiac troponin.At the same time,this paper will discuss the racial specificity reference interval of high-sensitive cardiac troponin and whether to establish and apply gender and/or age-specific reference intervals.
