摘　　要：细胞外囊泡(EVs)在心血管疾病的发生发展中起重要的作用。EVs存在于各种体液中,其多种内容物(核酸、蛋白质等)参与心血管疾病的各个过程,因此对疾病标志物的筛选具有重要的诊断价值。除微小RNA以外,非编码RNA如长链非编码RNA,环状RNA也作为心血管疾病新的标志物而被发现。此外,随着研究技术的不断进步,微流控芯片、数字聚合酶链反应也全面应用到心血管疾病相关EVs的研究中。本文综述了EVs的生物学特性及其在心血管疾病的发病机制及诊断所发挥的作用,以期为心血管疾病诊治提供新思路。Extracellular vesicles(EVs)play crucial roles in the process of cardiovascular disease.EVs are of great value for biomarkers screening which can be found in nearly all kinds of body fluids.EVs content such as nucleic acids and proteins are involved in various disease processes.Besides microRNAs,non-coding RNAs like long non-coding RNAs,circular RNAs in EVs are validated as novel markers.As technology advances,micro-fluids devices,droplet digital polymerase chain reaction have been applied to the cardiovascular associated extracellular vesicle studies.This review discusses the biological characteristics of extracellular vesicles and their roles in the pathogenesis and diagnosis of cardiovascular disease,in order to propose new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
