摘　　要：目的了解阜新市大学生艾滋病相关知识知晓情况与性行为流行趋势,探讨宣教、干预工作重点。方法2019年10月至2020年1月采用分层多阶段整群抽样方法,对阜新市938名大学生进行自填式问卷调查。结果调查938名在校大学生,对艾滋病防治知识总体知晓率为85.39%,女生知晓率(93.47%)高于男生(79.64%)(P<0.01)。有19.30%的人有过异性性行为经历,男生占72.38%,女生占27.62%;最近1年与同性发生过肛交的男生占有性行为男生的4.58%;最近1年与固定性伴、临时性伴和商业性伴发生性行为时每次都用安全套者分别占62.35%、53.85%、50.00%;大学生接受和参与艾滋病的宣传服务的比例分别为71.21%和12.69%。结论阜新市大学生艾滋病相关知识掌握不全面,高危行为持续存在,主动参与艾滋病宣传服务比例较低。Objective To understand the awareness of AIDS-related knowledge and the trend of sexual behaviors among college students in Fuxin city,and to explore critical points of relevant publicity,education and intervention programs.Methods Multi-stage cluster sampling method was employed to select a total of 938 college students with a self-response questionnaires survey in Fuxin city from October 2019 to January 2020.Results According to the survey of 938 college students,the total awareness of AIDS-related knowledge was 85.39%,female students had higher awareness rate(93.47%)than male students(79.64%)(P<0.01).19.30%of the students reported heterosexual behavior,male students accounted for 72.38%and female students accounted for 27.62%.Of the male students with sexual behaviors during the period,4.58%reported having homosexual anal sex in the previous 1 year.Condom use in every sex was reported by 62.35%,53.85%,and 50.00%of the male students having sex with regular,occasional,and commercial sexual partners during previous 1 year.The proportion of the students receiving and participating in AIDS publicity service was 71.21%and 12.69%respectively.Conclusion AIDS related knowledge of college students is not comprehensive and high risk sexual behavior still persists,the proportion of active participation in AIDS publicity services is low.
