摘　　要：公共文化服务和旅游公共服务,都是政府为满足人民美好生活需求而提供的普遍均等的公共服务,具有相同的本质属性,两者既要自成体系,又要体系融合,全面融合,协调发展。公共图书馆具备无处不在、无所不融及无所不能的服务力,能够为文化和旅游服务体系提供支撑。黑龙江省图书馆发挥全省行业龙头的统领带动作用、标杆导向作用,科学统筹、积极引领全省公共图书馆服务体系建设,不断探索支撑文化和旅游公共服务体系融合发展的新力矩、新路径、新业态。Public cultural services and tourism public services are universal and equal public services provided by the government to meet the people’s needs for a better life.They have the same essential attributes.They should not only form their own systems,but also integrate and develop in an all-round way.Public library has omnipresent,omnipotent and omnipotent service power,which can provide support for culture and tourism service system.Heilongjiang Province Library plays the leading role and benchmarking role of the industry leader in Heilongjiang Province,scientifically coordinates and actively leads the construction of public library service system in the whole province,and constantly explores new moment,new paths and new format to support the integration development of culture and tourism public service system.
