感染HIV孕产妇的社会支持现状及其与服药依从性的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)的孕产妇的社会支持水平现状及其与服药依从性的相关性,为提高孕产妇的服药依从性提供新的策略。方法采用问卷形式,对五省市(即北京、四川、重庆、黑龙江、广东)门诊就诊的感染HIV孕产妇进行应用社会支持量表及服药依从性相关性调查,对调查结果进行分析,计数资料以例和百分比描述,采用t检验和单因素方差分析。结果106例问卷中,感染HIV孕产妇的社会支持总分为(30.19±8.13)分,在产后24周内服药依从性差的占50.0%(53例),社会支持总分及各维度得分与服药依从性相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论感染HIV孕产妇的社会支持和服药依从性均较低,且社会支持与服药依从性呈正相关,医护人员可通过提高病人的社会支持来提高感染HIV孕产妇服药依从性。Objective To explore the status of social support of pregnant women with HIV/AIDS and its correlation with medication adherence,and provide evidence for improving medication adherence.Methods A random sampling questionnaire survey was made to investigate 106 pregnant women with HIV/AIDS in five provinces.Social support scale and medication adherence scale were used to know the social support and medication adherence status of the patients.Results The total social support score of pregnant women with HIV/AIDS was(30.19±8.13).There were 53 cases(50.00%)with poor medication adherence within 24 weeks after delivery.The total score of social support and scores of each dimension were positively correlated with medication adherence(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women with HIV/AIDS have lower social support and medication adherence,and social support is significantly positively correlated with medication adherence.Therefore,medical staff should enhance the social support to the patients so as to improve medication adherence.
