摘  要:采用不同工艺对两种超高强含B钢进行了热轧,对试样进行了金相、SEM组织检测,研究了热轧工艺对超高强含B钢组织的影响。结果表明,在1050、1080℃,随精轧开轧温度增加,铁素体晶粒尺寸增大,同时珠光体体积分数略有降低;在790、825℃,随精轧终轧温度增加,铁素体晶粒尺寸增加;在570、650℃,随卷取温度增加,铁素体晶粒尺寸变化不大,贝氏体体积分数略有降低。Two kinds of ultra-high strength B-bearing steels were hot-rolled by different processes. The microstructure of the samples was examined by metallography and SEM. The effect of hot-rolling process on the microstructure of ultra-high-strength B-containing steels was studied. The results show that the grain size of ferrite increases and the volume fraction of pearlite decreases slightly with the increase of finish rolling temperature at 1050℃ and 1080℃. At 790℃ and 825℃, the ferrite grain size increases with the increase of finish rolling temperature. At 570℃ and 650℃, with the increase of coiling temperature, the grain size of ferrite does not change much, but the volume fraction of bainite decreases slightly.
