摘 要:为了探究闭挤式精冲变形区力学行为及温度变化对变形区塑性和成形的影响,采用有限元数值模拟分析了Al2024铝合金变形区的应力状态、摩擦、变形热对材料塑性以及成形的影响,研究了变形区温度分布以及不同工艺参数对温度的影响、不同摩擦系数下材料应力应变状态以及对应的成形件表面光亮带比例。结果表明:闭挤式精冲时力热行为与变形区材料的塑性和精冲件质量有着密切的关系。In order to explore the effect of mechanical behavior and the change of temperature on the plastic and forming in the deformation zone of closed extruding fine blanking, the effects of stress state, friction and deformation heat on the plasticity and forming of Al2024 aluminum alloy were analyzed by finite element numerical simulation. The temperature distribution in the deformation zone and the effect of different process parameters on the temperature, the stress-strain state of the material under different friction coefficients and the corresponding ratio of bright strip on the surface of the formed parts were studied. It is concluded that there is a close relationship between the mechanical and thermal behavior and the plasticity of the material in the deformation zone and the quality of the fine blanking parts.
