摘  要:由于排辊成型轧辊数量多,在生产不同规格产品时需要调整辊位参数或更换少量轧辊。用传统的实验与试轧方式改进生产工艺,需要反复多次,会造成极大浪费。本文以HFW660焊管排辊成型机组为对象,利用SolidWorks作为二次开发平台,研发出直缝焊管排辊成型快速CAD系统,实现了该机组全系列管径的快速参数化建模,并可实时更新辊位参数和辊型参数的修改。将生成的CAD模型导入ABAQUS软件中,建立成型过程有限元模型,通过分析模拟结果判别所建立CAD模型的合理性。Due to the large number of rollers in cage-roll forming, it is necessary to adjust roll position parameters or replace a small number of rollers in the production of products with different specifications. It needs to be repeated many times to improve the production process by the traditional experimental and trial rolling, which will cause great waste. Taking HFW660 pipe cage roll forming machine as the object and using SolidWorks as the secondary development platform, a rapid CAD system for straight seam welded pipe cage roll forming was developed, and the rapid parameterized modeling of the full series pipe diameter of the unit was realized. The modification of roll position parameters and roll profile parameters can be updated in real time. The generated CAD model was introduced into the ABAQUS software, and the finite element model of the forming process was established, and the rationality of the CAD model was determined by analyzing the simulation results.
