摘  要:采用不同的比压进行了机械外壳用ZnAl13Si2Mn0.6锌合金试样的液态模锻成形,并进行了显微组织、耐磨损性能和冲击性能的测试、对比和分析。结果表明:随比压的增大,ZnAl13Si2Mn0.6锌合金试样的晶粒先细化后粗化,磨损体积先减小后增大,冲击韧性则先增大后减小,耐磨损性能和冲击性能均先提升后下降。和60 MPa比压相比,100 MPa比压液态模锻时试样的磨损体积减小了50%,冲击韧性增大了42.17%。锌合金液态模锻的比压优选为100 MPa。The liquid die forging of ZnAl13Si2Mn0.6 zinc alloy for mechanical shell was carried out by using different specific pressures, and the microstructure, wear resistance and impact properties were tested, compared and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of specific pressure, the grains of the ZnAl13Si2Mn0.6 zinc alloy sample are first refined and coarsened, the wear volume decreases first and then increases, the impact toughness increases first and then decreases, and the wear resistance and impact property increase first and then decrease. Compared with those of specific pressure of 60 MPa,the wear volume and impact toughness of liquid die forging specimen under 100 MPa specific pressure decrease by 50% and 42.17%, respectively. The optimum specific pressure for liquid die forging of zinc alloy is 100 MPa.
