摘  要:利用电机电流信号分析法对滑动轴承的摩擦状态进行监测,可预防滑动轴承的磨损以免影响加工精度。选择单一摩擦副中不同材质的滑动轴承为实验对象,以电机输出电流作为分析对象进行摩擦特征量的提取。利用电流信号的经验模态分解分析各频带的非线性特征,提取包含摩擦信息的特征值,以此作为分析与监测滑动轴承摩擦状态的特征量。结果表明:采用该方法监测的不同材质滑动轴承的摩擦特征信号在不同时间尺度上的变化体现出一致的摩擦规律。利用改进能量熵验证了该方法的监测精度,该方法可避免研究摩擦系统复杂的非线性特征,可为分析滑动轴承的磨损状态提供新思路。Monitoring the state of the sliding bearing by MCSA can prevent the wear of the sliding bearing from affecting the machining accuracy. The sliding bearing of different materials in the single friction pair was selected as the experimental object, and the friction output feature was extracted by using the motor output current as the analysis object. The nonlinear characteristics of each frequency band were analyzed by the Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD) of the current signal, and the characteristic values including the friction information were extracted as the feature quantity for analyzing and monitoring the friction state of the sliding bearing. The research shows that the friction characteristics of different material sliding bearings monitored by this method is consistent with the friction law on different time scales. The improved energy entropy was used to verify the monitoring accuracy of the method, which can avoid to study the complex nonlinear characteristics of the friction system and provide a new idea for analyzing the wear state of the sliding bearing.
