摘 要:以余氏"经验电子理论"和静电作用理论为基础,结合Inconel600合金中固态化合物的价电子结构,并利用基底与形核相之间的基底触媒效用判据,在理论上探讨了凝固过程中弥散分布的非金属夹杂物作为形核基底对镍元素异质形核的作用机理。结果表明:定义特征参量越大,晶格电子的重新分布趋势越大,基底与形核相结合越稳定,越有益于合金的异质形核。相较而言,Ce2O3、La2O3和Ti2O3与镍元素的定义特征参量大,稀土元素的细化效果最好;TiC和TiN的定义特征参量最小,异质形核效果最差。Based on Yu’s "empirical electron theory" and electrostatic interaction theory, combined with the valence electron structure of solid compounds in Inconel600 alloy and the use of substrate catalytic utility criterion between substrate and nucleation phase, the action mechanism of the non metallic inclusions dispersed in solidification process as nucleation matrix on the heterogeneous nucleation of Ni element were discussed in theory. The results show that the bigger the defined characteristic parameter is, the bigger the redistribution tendency of the lattice electrons is, and more stable the combination of the substrate and the nucleation are, which is more beneficial to the heterogeneous nucleation of the alloy. By contrast, the defined characteristic parameters of Ce2O3, La2O3 and Ti2O3 and nickel element are the biggest, so the refinement effect of rare earth elements is the best;the defined characteristic parameters of Ti C and Ti N are the smallest, so the effect of heterogeneous nucleation is the worst.
