摘 要:采用光学显微镜、透射电镜、维氏硬度计等研究了120℃、不同时间的时效处理对7B05铝合金显微组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:对7B05铝合金进行480℃×1 h的固溶处理,再进行120℃、24~216 h的时效处理,随着时效时间的增加,7B05铝合金的硬度先升高后降低。时效时间在120 h时合金硬度达到峰值,为138 HV,7B05铝合金具有较强的时效硬化能力。随着时效时间的增加,合金晶粒尺寸变化不大,析出相的平均尺寸逐渐增大。析出相数密度先升高后降低,120℃×24 h时效处理合金析出相数密度最大。The effects of aging treatment at 120 ℃ for different time on the microstructure and hardness of 7B05 aluminum alloy were studied by means of optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and Vickers hardness tester.The results show that the solution treatment of 7B05 aluminum alloy is 480 ℃ ×1 h, and then the aging treatment of 7B05 aluminum alloy is at 120 ℃ for 24-216 h, the hardness of 7B05 aluminum alloy increases first and then decreases with the increases of aging time, and reaches the peak value of 138 HV when aging time is 120 h, and 7B05 aluminum alloy has strong age hardening ability. With the increases of aging time, the grain size of the alloy has no obvious change, the average size of the precipitated phase gradually increases, the number density of precipitated phase first increases and then decreases, and the number density of precipitated phase of the alloy aged at 120 ℃×24 h is the largest.
