摘  要:采用不同的热处理工艺参数对42CrMo厚壁无缝钢管进行了水淬和回火处理,研究了不同的淬火工艺参数对钢管表面裂纹的影响,并对裂纹产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:42CrMo无缝钢管裂纹产生与淬火工艺有直接关系。改变淬火工艺参数、提高钢管淬火后的温度或利用余温自回火降低应力,都能够有效避免淬火裂纹的产生。42 CrMo thick wall seamless steel pipe was water quenched and tempered with different heat treatment process parameters. The effects of different quenching process parameters on the surface crack of steel pipe were studied. The causes of cracks were analyzed. The results show that, the crack generation of 42 CrMo seamless steel pipe is directly related to the quenching process. Changing quenching process parameters, increasing the temperature of steel pipe after quenching, or reducing stress by residual temperature tempering can effectively avoid quenching crack.
