摘　　要：疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)作为一种管理工具,是近年医院管理者关注的热点。本文通过对DRGs内容以及在护理人力资源配置中的应用现状进行综述,为我国护理管理者在考虑工作量影响因素以及进行人力资源配置方面提供参考。As a management tool,diagnosis-related groups(DRGs)have been a hot spot for hospital administrators in recent years.This article summarizes the content of DRGs and the current status of their application in the allocation of nursing human resources,in order to provide a reference for nursing managers in China to consider the influencing factors of workload and allocate human resources.
