摘  要:公安院校公安技术类专业相对其他工科类专业来说有其特殊性,新工科和工程教育认证背景下的毕业要求达成度评价也应凸显特色。在分析这种特殊性的基础上,提出了执法资格、警察素质、专业能力作为公安技术类专业要求达成度评价体系的构成要素,从目标层、准则层、指标层三个层次构建了毕业要求达成度评价体系,并探讨了其在常用评价方法中的运用。该评价体系的构建为公安院校公安技术类专业开展工程教育认证工作提供了借鉴意义,对公安类院校的新工科教育教学改革具有重大意义。Compared with other engineering majors,police technical majors in police colleges have special characteristics.The evaluation of the degree of achievement of graduation requirements in the context of new engineering and engineering education certification should also highlight the characteristics.Based on the analysis of this particularity,law enforcement qualifications,police qualities,and professional abilities are proposed as constituent elements of the public security technology professional requirements assessment system,and graduation requirements are constructed from the three levels of target level,criterion level,and index level.Achievement evaluation system,and discussed its application in commonly used evaluation methods.The construction of the evaluation system provides a reference for police colleges to carry out engineering education certification for police technical majors,and is of great significance to the reform of new engineering education in police colleges.
