摘 要:生态学人才培养与社会需求接轨途径的研究有助于推动高校生态学教学改革和促进生态学人才就业工作,对我国生态文明建设具有重要的现实意义。本文阐述了生态学人才培养与社会需求脱轨的原因,主要包括社会需求调研不足、人才培养方向落实不够、教师缺乏行业历练、教学模式更新缓慢、课程体系尚不完善、协同教学暂不成熟、学生就业观念停滞不前等。提出了生态学人才培养与社会需求接轨的途径:(1)加强供需双方的交流,增强社会需求调研;(2)落实生态学方向分流,实现精细化教学;(3)增加教师行业培训,健全考评机制;(4)更新教学模式,优化教学体系;(5)构建协同育人模式,实现优质资源共享;(6)革新学生就业观念,提升学生自身素质。The research on the approaches of the cultivation of ecology talents to meet the needs of society is helpful to promote the reform of ecology teaching in universities and the employment of ecology talents.It has important practical significance for the construction of ecological civilization in my country.The article explains the reasons for the derailment of ecological talent training and social needs,including insufficient research on social needs,insufficient implementation of talent training directions,lack of industry experience for teachers,slow update of teaching models,imperfect curriculum system,immature collaborative teaching,and stagnation of student employment concepts.The ways to integrate ecological talent cultivation with social needs are proposed:(1)strengthen the communication between the supply and demand sides and enhance the research on social needs;(2)implement the divergence of the ecological direction to achieve refined teaching;(3)increase teacher industry training and improve evaluation mechanism;(4)update the teaching model and optimize the teaching system;(5)construct a collaborative education model to achieve the sharing of high-quality resources;(6)innovate student employment concepts and improve students’own qualities.
