摘 要:系统运维是建筑环境与能源应用工程本科就业方向之一,随着绿色建筑、人工智能的深入发展,对中型及以上暖通空调系统运维管理人员素质方面的要求也日益提高。在现有培养方案的基础上,辅以软件编程、能耗模拟为核心的补充培养方案,能有效面对运维岗位的发展需求。培养案例显示:学生能够适应补充知识的学习及应用,在科研素质方面获得了较大提升,取得了一定的成果。System operation and maintenance(O&M)is one of the most important employment positions for the graduates of Building Environment and Energy Engineering.Due to the rapid development of Green Buildings and Artificial Intelligence,the needs for the personal scientific research quality of O&M are very essential,especially for the managers of the heating,ventilating,air-conditioning and refrigeration systems with above medium sizes.Based on the current cultivation plan,a supplemental training program was presented with the core including software programming and building simulation.It can effectively adapt to the development and need of O&M positions.The results show that specified students are able to learn and practice with the additional knowledge.Besides some achievements,the scientific research quality greatly of those students was improved obviously.
