摘　　要：海洋强国战略的提出对于海洋科技情报领域的发展提出了更高的要求,人工智能、大数据等信息技术与情报工作的融合为海洋科技情报工作的创新创造了条件,因此确定我国海洋科技情报领域的未来发展战略具有十分重要的现实意义。基于网络分析法与态势分析法综合模型(ANP-SWOT)开展相关分析,其中SWOT方法被用作确定我国海洋科技情报领域发展面临的环境因素,权重确定和策略排序则利用ANP方法得出。我国海洋科技情报研究应以服务国家涉海相关决策和布局为导向,充分利用信息技术手段,通过构建海洋科技情报协同创新平台,助力海洋领域政产学研协同发展。Ocean Power strategy puts forward higher requirements for the development of marine science and technology information area.The integration of information technology such as artificial intelligence and big data with information work has created conditions for the innovation of marine science and technology information work.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to determine the development strategy of China’s marine science and technology information area.This study uses SWOT-ANP model to carry out relevant analysis.SWOT is used to determine the environmental factors facing the development of China’s marine science and technology information area.ANP is used for weight determination and strategy ranking.China’s marine science and technology information research should be oriented to serve the marine-related decision-making and layout,make full use of information technology,and construct a collaborative innovation platform to promote the coordinated development of government,industries,universities,research institutes in the marine area.
