摘 要:基于科技创新活动异质性的视角,运用DEA-BCC模型分析我国2010—2017年各地区科技服务业不同创新活动对制造业效率的影响。研究结果显示:科技服务业的两类创新活动对制造业效率的促进作用存在差异,相较于科学研究活动,技术成果转化活动更能促进制造业效率的提升,科学研究活动对制造业效率的影响主要体现在促进制造业经济效益提高,技术成果转化活动的影响则主要体现在促进制造业创新能力提升;此外,科技服务业对制造业效率的促进作用存在明显的省际差异。Based on the heterogeneity of scientific and technological innovation activities, this paper uses the DEABCC model to analyze the impact of different innovation activities on manufacturing efficiency in various regions of China from 2010 to 2017. The results show that there are differences between the two kinds of innovation activities in the science and technology service industry to promote the efficiency of manufacturing industry, compared with scientific research activities, technology transformation activities can promote the improvement of manufacturing efficiency, the influence of scientific research activities on manufacturing efficiency is mainly reflected in promoting the improvement of economic benefits of manufacturing industry, and the influence of technological achievements transformation activities is mainly reflected in promoting the improvement of manufacturing innovation ability;in addition, there are obvious inter-provincial differences in the promotion of science and technology service industry to manufacturing efficiency.
