摘　　要：随着科技进步和社会发展,特别是在国家取消地市级政府科技奖励、精减省级政府科技奖励数量后,社会力量设立科学技术奖(以下简称"社会科技奖励")在广东科技奖励体系中愈加重要,但目前仍处于探索阶段。对广东省社会科技奖励发展现状进行调查研究,发现广东省社会科技奖励呈加速发展的态势,但在组织管理与制度建设、奖励对象与形式、奖励区域与领域和奖后宣传等方面存在若干问题。借鉴何梁何利基金奖的成功经验,结合广东省实际,从奖励的组织管理、制度建设、覆盖范围、奖项设置、资金筹集和宣传报道等方面提出广东省社会科技奖励的发展对策建议。With the development of society and technology, especially after cancelling the prefectural-level government science and technology awards and reducing the amounts of provincial awards, non-government science and technology awards is becoming more and more important in the Guangdong science and technology award system, but it is still in the stage of exploration. This paper investigates the current situation of non-government science and technology awards in Guangdong province, the survey finds that the development of non-government science and technology awards in Guangdong are accelerating, but there are some problems in the aspects of organizational management and system construction, object and form of awards, regions and fields of awards and propaganda after awards, etc. Based on the successful experience of Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Award, and combined with the actual situation in Guangdong, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of nongovernment science and technology awards in Guangdong from the aspects of organization and management, system construction, coverage, award setting, fund raising and publicizing and reporting.
